Regenerative dryers Maintenance Guide

     Daily maintenance content :

1 day class on a pre-filter before checking the automatic drain valve.

2 Check for tower, regeneration and boost the movement is normal .

3 Check the operating conditions , inlet pressure , inlet temperature and air flow .

4 Check the moisture indicator , dried blue , pink represents humid.

5 Check whether the muffler fouling , regeneration tower represents excessive pressure back to red muffler need of replacement.

6 Check the pre-filter and post- filter pressure drop , if the pressure drop exceeds 0.5bar, replace the filter .

Monthly maintenance content :

1 Check the heat and there is no heat regeneration dryer control air passing through the filter . Replace if necessary.

2 Check the blower dryer oriented filters filter, replace if necessary .

3 Check the blower dryer suction filter , replace if necessary .

Quarterly maintenance content :

1 Check the front and rear filter, check the blockage and possible damage, replace as needed .

2 purge valve with compressed air .

3 Check the output state of the dew point .

Annual maintenance content :

1 Close the connection dryer inlet / outlet as valves fully open bypass pipe , completely buck the dryer system , open the desiccant filling mouth, sampling inspection desiccant, desiccant by oil pollution and if crushed , replace desiccant.

(2) Remove and inspect the outlet check valve . Repair and replacement according to the situation .

3 Remove and inspect imported pneumatic valve and the exhaust valve regeneration , cleaning and replacing worn seats and seals.

4 Check for leaks or pneumatic valve cylinder seals for wear .

5 . Maintenance checks boost valves.

6 . Maintenance check control gas solenoid valve.

7 Calibration dew point probe ( if equipped with a dew point meter ) .

8 Check the muffler is clogged by oil or dust , back pressure than 0.35bar should be replaced.
