Oil-free screw Maintenance Guide

     Daily maintenance content :

1 Check the air filter and coolant level ;

(2) Check all hoses and fittings for leaks case ;

3 Check the intake air temperature and the levels of exhaust gas temperature , if necessary, to clean the intercooler and aftercooler ;

4 Check the bearing oil pressure and oil temperature, if necessary, clean the oil cooler ;

5 Check the condensate drain , and if found to displacement is too small or no condensate discharge must stop cleaning water separator ;

Monthly maintenance content :

1 Check the oil cooler surface , if necessary, be cleaned ;

(2) After cleaning the cooler ;

3 washing water separator ;

4 Check all wires and connections to be fastened ;

5 Check the AC contactor contacts ;

6 Clean the motor housing suction outlet surfaces and dust on the surface ;

Quarterly maintenance content :

A main motor lubrication ;

(2) Clean the main motor and fan motor ;

3 Replace the oil filter ;

4 Clean the oil cooler ;

5 Check the temperature sensors and pressure sensors.

Annual maintenance content :

1 Replace coolant (SL200)

2 Check the check valve ;

3 Check the cooling fan ;

4 Check the hydraulic cylinder and replace if necessary repair components ;

5 Check the bleed valve and replace if necessary repair components ;

6 Check all metal hose .
