Centrifugal Compressor Maintenance Guide

     Quarterly maintenance content :

1 Check the instrument air filters:

> Drain cleaning

> Replace the filter element

(2) low drainage control gas supply pipelines .

3 Check the trap .

> Apart Cleaning

> If necessary, replace

4 motor bearing grease into

> Shutdown , use the manual zerk

> Note grease type and quantity .

5 Visually inspect the air intake filter core .

> Clean and replace if necessary

6 Check the lubricator wick .

> Check whether the deformation of the old slug

> If necessary, replace

> Reinstallation attention to the U-tube fuel

7 lubricator core long-term use , no need to be changed frequently

8 Check the control cabinet

> Clean the cooling fan and filter

> Make sure no loose vibration transmitter connector

> Make sure that all terminal connections without loosening

Half-yearly maintenance content :

1 lubricated air compressor coupling, visual inspection of the dry type couplings.

2 Check the exhaust check valves

3 Replace the oil filter

4 air cooler do hydrostatic pressure test, record the water pressure , the pressure of time and CTD.

5 Replace the motor ( self- lubricated ) Lubricants

6 air compressor lubricants sampling, analytical oil .

7 according to the operating manual compressor control system requires calibration .

8 Checksum inlet valve and bypass valve .

9 Repeat quarterly maintenance content .

Annual maintenance content :

1 according to the compressor motor operating manual required to check

(2) Visually inspect the coupling, re- examination of lubrication , replacement of worn parts.

3 Rotate the large gear , large gear feeling self-lubricating bearings for wear.

4 Check and clean suction strainer .

5 Check the oil cooler pipe , if necessary, clean the cooling water channel .

6 Check the oil cooler internal corrosion ( zinc ) coating , if necessary, redo .

7 Check the intake valve .

8 Check the bypass valve .

9 Check the exhaust check valve .

10 oil change (TECHTROL GOLD exception )
